RECIPE!!!

 

CHICKEN COOKED IN SPICY TAMARIND

Ingredients (7 ~ 8)

  • 1 chicken cut follow the love
  • * 20 dried chillies boiled briefly
  • * 1 cm ginger
  • * 2 cm turmeric
  • * 5 shallots
  • * 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and sugar for taste
  • 2 tablespoons coconut paste
  •  (I bought who already finished)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 stalks lemon grass, crushed
  • 1 sprig of curry leaves and tamarind 1
  • * Material well-blended together / blander
  • Adequate water

Ways

  1. Heat oil and sauté ground ingredients, lemongrass and curry leaves point until fragrant and cooked benar2 pepper.
  2. add the chicken and add a little water ~ 11/2 cup .. let simmer until the chicken is dry add more water.
  3. Enter the coconut paste and coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste tamarind and let it enter diffuse / boil briefly.
  4. Can be served hot .. with family
