HOW TO STAY HEALTHY

I want to discuss with all of you on ways to keep healthy:

   Here are me tips on how to stay healthy. First, eat balanced diet. Therefore, your food should cointain all the important nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. These can be found in food such as bread, eggs, meats, fruits, vegetables and water.

   Besides this, sleep early an wake up early. Get at least seven hours of sleep per day. This will give you energy to concentrate on your work for the rest of the day. 

   Also, take care of your personal hygiene. Everyone should brush their teeth at least twice a day and bathe at least once ever day. Make sure to keep nails short and clean at all times. 

   Exercise is also important. Jogging, playing games such as football and badminton help us to keep fit. Do this regularly and you'll increase your chances of living longer. 

   Do not forget to go for a medical check-up at least once every two years. In doing so, it's easier to keep track of your health condition.

   Lastly, stay away from bad habits such as smoking, drinking and gambling. All these activities only do harm.

   Follow the tips above and you may be able to have a long and healthy life. ;-)
